We want you to love your Smoko gear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags remain attached and the garments are in their original packaging.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Print Your Label

Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the packing slip inside your return package.

Ship It Back

Securely pack your items and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

Receive Your Refund

After our warehouse team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days.
